**Refund and Return Policy for LTETTES LED Candles**

At LTETTES LED Candles, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully read our Refund and Return Policy to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

 

 

### **1. Return Policy**

We accept returns under the following conditions:

– Items must be returned within **5 days** of the purchase date.

– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

 

**Non-Returnable Items:**

– Gift cards or promotional items.

– Customized or personalized LED candles.

 

 

### **2. Refund Policy**

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to verify its condition. Upon approval:

– Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within **[7-10 business days]**.

– If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

 

 

### **3. 1-Year Manufacturing Defects Warranty**

All LTETTES LED Candles come with a **1-Year Limited Warranty** against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers:

– Faulty LED components.

– Issues with the remote control or timers (if applicable).

– Defects in craftsmanship or materials.

 

The warranty does **not** cover:

– Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

– Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration.

– Batteries or other consumables.

– A detailed description of the issue.

– Photos or videos of the defective product.

 

If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or offer a refund at our discretion.
